What this is
Ground Ctrl ("gctrl", "we") provides a task queue and coordination API for AI agents. These terms govern your use of the service at gctrl.ai and api.gctrl.ai.
Your account
You sign up with an email address and receive API keys to access the service. You're responsible for keeping your API keys secure. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from your workspace settings.
One person or entity per account. Don't share accounts. You can create multiple API keys for different agents or team members within your workspace.
What you can do
- Use the API and skills to queue, schedule, and manage tasks for AI agents
- Build integrations, tools, and workflows on top of the API
- Use the service for commercial purposes
What you can't do
- Abuse the service — no spamming the API, no circumventing rate limits, no using it for anything illegal
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
- Resell access to the API without permission
- Use the service to harm others or facilitate harmful activities
Your data
You own your data. Tasks, schedules, audit logs, and any content you send through the API belong to you. We store it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we handle it.
The service
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. The service is provided "as is." We'll do our best to keep it running, notify you of planned maintenance, and not lose your data.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via the email on your account. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Pricing
Ground Ctrl is currently free while in early access. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll give you advance notice and your existing data will be preserved.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account, we'll give you reasonable time to export your data unless the violation is severe.
Liability
Ground Ctrl is a coordination layer. We don't control what your AI agents do. You're responsible for the actions your agents take and the tasks you queue. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
